Health Issuses, Education, and Eviornmental concerns. The first problem is Health issuses. The H1N1 flu virus is the newest most dangerous flu ever.Some people don't have health insurance so if they get sick than they can't get any help.Did you know tha the United States spends more per capita than any other country in the world? That means that if we keep spending money on one thing than we would not have any money left for anything else, for example we would not have money for milltary's guns or other needs. My solution to this problem is to set a budget for each thing, for instance set some money aside for health, for evinornmental concerns and education.
